Quentin O'Brien is a seasoned healthcare executive with extensive experience in leadership roles within the Los Angeles County Department of Health Services. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer of the Ambulatory Care Network since October 2018, Quentin has also held the position of Interim CEO for the same network, overseeing a vast system of 24 health centers that cater to nearly 300,000 assigned patients and manage a workforce of 3,000 employees focused on Medi-Cal and uninsured populations. Prior to these roles, Quentin was the Chief Operations Officer for the Ambulatory Care Network starting in March 2012, and served as Director of Health and Mental Health Services at the LA Gay & Lesbian Center from September 2002 to February 2012. Quentin holds a Master of Fine Arts in Acting from Yale University and a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from UCLA.
