Sam Joo serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the Asian American Drug Abuse Program, Inc. since March 2025 and is currently the Public Social Services Commissioner for the Los Angeles County Department of Public Social Services, appointed by LA County Supervisor Janice Hahn in May 2023.
