Lisa Aguilar (formerly Lisa Higuera) is an experienced professional in public administration and social work, currently serving as a Contract Administrator for the Lead Free Homes LA Program at the Los Angeles County Development Authority since February 2020. Previously, Lisa worked as an Analyst in Performance Management at the Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority, contributing to efforts to combat homelessness through data-driven strategies. Additional roles include quality reviewer and tax preparer for the Building Skills Partnership, performance management consultant for the City of West Hollywood, and various internships focused on community health and social determinants. Lisa holds a Bachelor's degree in Ethnic Studies from the University of California, Berkeley, along with Master's degrees in Public Administration and Macro Social Work from the University of Southern California, as well as a graduate certificate in Six Sigma for Process Improvement.
