Catalina Lara, Ed.D., currently serves as the Senior Manager of Education and Learning for the Los Angeles Dodgers, overseeing instructional design and Player Development within Baseball Operations since April 2019. Prior to this role, Catalina held positions such as Education Coordinator for the Dodgers' Minor League system, Learning Support Specialist at Westridge School, and Director of Admissions at Westmark School, where responsibility included developing comprehensive programs for students with learning challenges.
