Emilee Fragapane is a seasoned professional in baseball performance and research, currently serving as the Director of Integrative Baseball Performance for the Los Angeles Dodgers since July 2014. Fragapane has held several key positions within the organization, including Senior Analyst in Performance Science and Coordinator roles in both Baseball Research & Development and Baseball Operations. Earlier experience includes an internship with UCSB Baseball, a position as a Baseball Operations & Research Intern with the Dodgers, and a Research Assistant role at Sonoma State University. Fragapane holds a Master of Arts in Economics from UC Santa Barbara and a Bachelor of Arts in Quantitative Microeconomics from Sonoma State University.
