Rita Noorzay

Rita Noorzay is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and data management within the public sector. Currently serving as Senior Project Manager at the Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority since March 2020, Rita previously held the role of Project Manager in the same department. Prior roles include Policy Analyst at Neighborhood Housing Services of Los Angeles County, Project Associate at the NYC Department of Education, and internships at the NYC Department of Housing Preservation & Development and Bolfy. Rita began their career as a Civil Litigation Assistant at Beverly Hills Law Associates. Academically, Rita holds a Master of Science in Urban Policy Analysis and Management from The New School and a Bachelor of Arts in Development Economics and International Development from UCLA.
