Adam Bass is an experienced professional in donor services and communications, currently serving as the Donor Services and Finance Manager at the Los Angeles LGBT Center since October 2017, where responsibilities include managing donor relations and expanding fundraising efforts. Prior to this role, Adam acted as Communications Director for the City of Los Angeles from July 2013 to October 2017, overseeing all communications for a City Council member and leading branding and marketing initiatives. Adam also worked as a Field Deputy, engaging with constituents and city departments, and as a Communications Consultant for various non-profits, notably contributing to the Utah Pride Center's campaign related to Supreme Court cases on marriage equality. Adam's earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Media Field Strategist at GLAAD. Adam is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at UCLA, having previously earned Associate degrees in History and Political Science from Santa Monica College.
