Alfred Fraijo Jr.

Alfred Fraijo Jr. is a seasoned entrepreneur and community leader with extensive experience in real estate, nonprofit management, and social impact initiatives. As the Founder and Partner of The SOMOS Group since March 2023, Alfred also holds board positions with several influential organizations, including the California Community Foundation, Homeboy Industries, the Los Angeles LGBT Center, and the Los Angeles Cleantech Incubator. With a commitment to service, Alfred founded City Labs Boyle Heights and Toledo Capital, focusing on developing shared office spaces for underserved communities and investment strategies that promote affordable housing. Alfred earned a Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School and a Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, in Government from Harvard University.
