Jessica Hoffman has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles related to digital operations, sales planning, and account management. Jessica started their career as an Account Assistant at Tribal DDB in 2003 and then worked as an Account Manager at Gorilla Nation Media from 2004 to 2005. From 2006 to 2009, they served as a Senior Account Manager at Gorilla Nation Media. In 2009, Jessica joined Evolve Media Corporation as a Director of Sales Planning, and simultaneously held the same position at totallyher. Jessica continued in this role until 2013 when they became the Director of Digital Development/Sales Ops at Tribune Publishing Company, specifically for LA Times and Tribune Publishing. In 2015, they moved to Los Angeles Times as a VP for Digital Operations and Strategy. In August 2020, they transitioned to the role of VP for Advertising Operations at Los Angeles Times, where they are currently responsible for managing sales operations, including planning, fulfillment, product management, ad standards, and production processes.

Jessica Hoffman has a Master's degree in Public Administration from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor's degree in Advertising with a minor in Marketing from Pepperdine University. Jessica also attended the Singapore American School.
