Esther Landin

Esther Landin, M.Ed./AET, currently serves as the Senior Workforce Development Manager at Los Angeles World Airports, where responsibilities include developing a workforce strategy to connect local talent with opportunities at LAX. Landin is also a Board Member Alternate at the South Bay Workforce Investment Board and the Vice President of Education for the LAWA Speech Encounters Toastmasters Club. As a Principal Consultant at Compass Career Education Resources, Landin has secured nearly $30 million in grant funding for clients and is involved in the implementation of workforce development programs. Additionally, Landin works as a Project Manager at California Consulting, Inc., a Consultant at Performance Excellence Partners, LLC, and advises individuals on their careers and education through CareerVillage.org. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Education, Adult Education and Training from the University of Phoenix, along with various other degrees and certifications.
