Madeline Lutz

Madeline Lutz is an experienced hospitality professional with a diverse background in guest services and reservations management. Currently serving as the Inn Assistant Manager at Los Poblanos Historic Inn & Organic Farm since March 2022, Madeline's previous roles include Guest Services Supervisor and Reservations Specialist. Prior experience includes positions at Air Force Inns, where responsibilities ranged from Guest Service Representative to Distinguished Visitor & Group Reservations Coordinator, managing large groups and maximizing revenue. Additional roles at DoubleTree by Hilton as a Front Desk Agent and extensive customer service experience at Dillard's Inc. and Chick-fil-A have helped develop Madeline's exceptional customer service skills and problem-solving abilities. A graduate of the University of New Mexico, Madeline also pursued freelance work as a makeup artist and contributed creatively to menu development and digital marketing in previous roles.
