Pamela Whitener has a strong and extensive work experience as a respiratory therapist, with a career spanning over 30 years. Pamela has specialized in Neonatal Pediatric specialties and has held various leadership roles. Pamela started their director level experience in an acute hospital setting at Los Robles Hospital and Medical Center in 2004, where they demonstrated strong leadership skills in planning, directing, implementing, and coordinating services. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Respiratory Care Services at West Hills Hospital & Medical Center from 2000 to 2004. Pamela also served as the NICU Clinical Coordinator at West Hills Hospital and Medical Center from 1998 to 2004.
