Head of Creative/Editor in Chief of The Itinerant at Lost Travel

Danny Gottleib has a long and varied work experience in the creative and marketing industries. Danny began their career in 2009 as an Intern/Contracted Employee at Option Four Marketing and Consulting, where they named and helped create Taberna Retail, managed social media accounts, and wrote white papers and strategic analyses for clients such as Microsoft. Danny then moved on to Global Retail Executive Council in the same year, where they managed social media accounts, conceptualized, researched, and wrote informative blog posts about the global retail industry, and successfully weathered the nightmare of working under two bosses who were dating each other. In 2010, they took on the role of Communications Assistant at RMLS, where they managed the company's social media, wrote blog posts about trends and insights in the national/regional housing markets, and created a series of infographics. From 2011 to 2015, Danny worked at Ogilvy & Mather as a Copywriter, where they started as a Creative Coordinator, worked their way up to Copywriter after a year, and wrote campaigns for TV, print, digital, social, OOH, emails, experiential stunts, and other mediums for brands such as Kotex, NASCAR, IKEA, Fanta, Coca-Cola, Coke Zero, Nestle, Philips Norelco, and Caterpillar. In 2017, they moved to The&Partnership as a Senior Copywriter. From 2018 to 2019, Danny worked at both Digitas North America as a Creative Director/VP and Associate Creative Director and Lost Travel as Head of Creative/Editor in Chief of The Itinerant. During this time, they also worked as a Freelance Writer.

Danny Gottleib obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Theirtory from the University of Wisconsin-Madison between 2005 and 2009.
