Ingo Gugisch

Ingo Gugisch serves as the Chief People Officer at FR L´Osteria SE since April 2022, being an integral member of the L’Osteria Famiglia. Previously, Ingo held the position of HR Director for Starbucks Germany at AmRest from April 2016 to April 2022, overseeing a €55M budget and a team of 19, while implementing HR strategies that promoted digitalization and sustained growth. Prior to that, Ingo was the Vice President of Human Resources at 11880 Internet Services AG from January 2011 to March 2016, where a strategic transformation was led to reposition the company into digital media marketing. As Managing Director at telegate Akademie GmbH from May 2004 to December 2010, Ingo successfully turned the organization into a profit-generating training center. Additional experience includes leadership roles in HR departments and business development at telegate AG and Chemnitzer Wirtschaftsförderungs- und Entwicklungsgesellschaft mbH. Ingo holds a Master's degree in Economic Geography from the University of Bayreuth and completed an HR Executive Management Programme at DGFP.
