Jakub Zmuda

Jakub Zmuda is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in program and project management. Currently serving as the Acting IT Department Director at LOT Polish Airlines since March 2015, Jakub has overseen significant initiatives including the implementation of a Corporate Data Warehouse and a new Revenue Accounting system. Prior roles include Strategic IT Project Manager at Outbox, and various positions at K2 Solutions, Orange Polska, Netia SA, Polska Telefonia Cyfrowa, and ING Nationale Nederlanden, focusing on IT project management and analysis. Jakub holds a Master's degree in Information Systems and Optimization from Military University of Technology and a post-graduate degree in Project Management from SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
