Michal Fijol is an experienced executive in the aviation and media industries, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer, Chief Commercial Officer, and Commercial Board Proxy at LOT Polish Airlines since 2016. Fijol held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Polska Grupa Lotnicza from June 2023 to May 2024 and co-founded GoEd | digital & e-learning, where engagement spanned from 2012 to 2016. Previously, Fijol was Head of Online Ventures at Ringier Axel Springer Polska and held various roles at Axel Springer Polska, including Spokesman of the Board and Assistant to the President. Fijol began a professional journey as a trainee at the German-Polish Chamber of Commerce. LOT was a launch carrier for the Embraer E-Jet Family (E170/175/190/195) and as the first European carrier received Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner. LOT is a STAR Alliance member.
