Monika Pikula

Monika Pikula has a diverse background in aviation and customer service, currently serving as a Purser/Cabin Senior and Flight Attendant Business Class at LOT Polish Airlines since March 2022, with experience on EMB, B737, and B787 aircraft. Prior to this role, Monika worked as a Sales Centre Administrator and Receptionist at Reportage Properties LLC from January 2021 to November 2021, and held positions at Etihad from January 2014 to December 2020 as a Flight Attendant in Premium Class and VIP Charter Operations, gaining expertise on various aircraft including B777, B787, A380, A340, A330, and A320. Monika's career began at HSBC, where a tenure as a Senior Customer Service Officer/Supervisor from March 2008 to December 2013 laid a strong foundation in customer relations. Monika holds a degree from the University of Administration in Poland, completed in 2006, and graduated from high school in Poland in 2002.
