Ross McMillan

Ross McMillan has a diverse background in sales and advertising. Ross began their career at The Independent as a Group Head, where they worked from 2002 to 2006. Ross then moved on to Totaljobs.com, where they served as a Key Account Manager before becoming a National Account Manager. From 2012 to 2014, Ross worked as a Sales Manager at Exponential, a global provider of advertising intelligence. Ross then joined The Exchange Lab as a Sales Manager in 2014, where they played a key role in revolutionizing programmatic advertising. Ross joined Lotame in 2015, initially as a Sales Manager and later as a Senior Sales Manager, overseeing the EMEA region. Currently, Ross holds the position of VP Commercial Solutions EMEA at Lotame, driving connectivity and performance across screens. Additionally, they have recently joined FirstPartyCapital as an Investor.
