The LOTH leadership team has a history of experience in the design, IT, and business industries. The team is composed of individuals who have worked at companies such as Dupler Office, Continental Office Environments, Toyota Boshoku America, Jarden Leisure & Entertainment, GE Infrastructure, and MetLife. The team has also completed education at universities such as Columbus College of Art & Design, Northern Illinois University, Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, University of Cincinnati, Miami University, and Purdue University.
