As Co-Founder of Clear Flow Matrix since 2017, Wayne Lott has contributed to the development of the BalancedProductionFront™, an innovative construction scheduling methodology and software. Wayne Lott has served as President of Lott Brothers Construction Company since June 1988 and held an executive position at Lott Incorporated from 1981 to 1988. Wayne Lott began the professional journey at Brown & Root, Inc. in the Power Plant Division from 1976 to 1981. Wayne Lott holds a Master's degree in Engineering from the Cockrell School of Engineering at The University of Texas at Austin, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the same institution.

David and Wayne Lott entered the construction business quite naturally by following family tradition. Their father, Wayne Sr., worked as a commercial contractor in Austin beginning in the 1950s, and his work ethic, dedication to guiding principles, and core value of “doing things right the first time” were instilled in Wayne and David from a young age. Today, the Lott Brothers still serve their clients with the simple commitment of working tirelessly to make every project absolutely right.
