With over 30 years of experience in the retail industry, Sam is responsible for customer service satisfaction, quality, and the overall appearance of Lott Oil’s retail locations. He also covers building profitable sales, setting policies and procedures, and maintaining company expectations through execution and accountability. Outside of work, Sam enjoys spending time with his wife Frances and son Landon. He also enjoys playing the guitar, going to the gym, and cheering on his son’s baseball team.
