Hira Mullick

Hira Mullick has a diverse work experience in various HR roles. In 2012, they started their career as a Consultant at Ward Howell International and later became a HR Consultant at Engage Consulting in 2015. From 2018 to 2019, they worked as a Specialist Talent & OD at Descon Engineering Limited, where they focused on talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement. Hira then joined Ward Howell International as a Client Partner before moving to ICI Pakistan Limited as a HR Manager and Talent Acquisition & Culture Lead. Hira Mullick also worked at FrieslandCampina as a Talent Acquisition Manager & HRBP. Currently, they hold the position of Manager HR & Digital Transformation at Lotte Kolson (Pvt.) Limited, and will soon assume the role of Head of HR in 2023.

Hira Mullick obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource and Marketing from the Institute of Business Management, where they studied from 2008 to 2012.
