Mariela Millington

Mariela Millington is a seasoned technology executive currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Lotterywest since February 2025 and as Associate Director of Enterprise Systems at CQUniversity from October 2023. Millington possesses extensive experience in managing IT operations and architecture, leading over ten programs of work, and providing strategic thought leadership to shape future university initiatives. Prior roles include serving as a Board Member at Aspendale Gardens Community Centre and working as an Information Technology Consultant, where guidance on online learning and IT strategy was provided. Millington also held the position of Chief Information Officer for Asia Pacific at Brightstar Corp., overseeing regional IT operations and leading multiple strategic initiatives. Educational background includes an MBA from Charles Sturt University and a Bachelor of Commerce from Western Sydney University, specializing in Information Technology and supply chain management.
