Valentina Lazzareschi

Valentina Lazzareschi has a diverse and extensive work experience in the legal field. Valentina started their career in 1999 as a Legal Trainee at Avvocatura Generale dello Stato and later worked as a Researcher at the Research Centre for Business Law. In 2001, they interned at the European Commission, Directorate General on Internal Market. Valentina then joined Consip SpA as a Lawyer, providing legal advice and managing tendering activities. In 2005, they worked as a Legal Expert for a European Project. Valentina later joined Postel S.p.A. as a Senior Lawyer, where they supported various business groups in contract negotiations and assessed legal risks for tender proposals and bids. Currently, they serve as the Head of Legal and Corporate Affairs at Lottomatica, where they oversee a wide range of legal activities such as contract drafting, managing litigation proceedings, and implementing policies and procedures. Valentina has also been involved in important corporate operations, such as the acquisition of Intralot Italia S.p.A. and the listing of Lottomatica on the Italian Stock Exchange.

Valentina Lazzareschi pursued their education at various institutions and in different fields of study. In 1994, they enrolled at Luiss Guido Carli University and completed their studies in 1999, obtaining a degree in Law (Laurea L in Giurisprudenza). Valentina further expanded their academic horizons by attending Copenhagen Business School as an erasmus student from 1996 to 1997. Valentina Lazzareschi then continued their educational journey at Université libre de Bruxelles in 2001, where they pursued a Master's degree in European Law and completed it in 2002.
