Thomas Hulvershorn has extensive work experience in the field of analytics, operations management, and quality assurance. Thomas started their career at Agrippina Lebensversicherung as a software developer and application designer, where they were responsible for developing and maintaining a sales and service system. Thomas then worked at FJA Feilmeier & Junker GmbH as a test lead and developer, where they contributed to the conception and implementation of testing methods and test automation for actuarial systems. Thomas later became the QA manager and head of the business unit 'FJA Test Factory'.

After that, Hulvershorn joined I-play as a QA team lead for mobile phone game testing, where they managed multiple projects and led a team of dedicated testers. Thomas then took on the role of QA manager at I-play and later at Oberon Media, where they were responsible for quality and resource management for publishing products on various platforms, including PC downloadable, mobile games, and Facebook games. Thomas also played a crucial role in defining technical infrastructure and social game analytics.

Hulvershorn then joined Outplay Entertainment Ltd as the head of analytics, where they supervised a team of analysts and implemented various data-driven strategies, including A/B and multivariate experiments and individual in-app interventions. Thomas also provided regular reporting on key performance indicators to improve monetization and user retention.

In 2021, they joined InnoGames GmbH as a senior product manager, before recently becoming a game lead at Lotum GmbH in 2022.

Thomas Hulvershorn's education history includes job-related training in test and project management, as well as team management from 1994 to 2004. Before that, they obtained a Master's degree in Physics from the University of Hamburg, graduating between 1989 and 1993. Prior to that, they pursued a Vor Diplom in Physics at the University of Münster from 1986 to 1989.
