Renjith Kunjan

Renjith Kunjan has held various positions in the IT and business operations fields over the past 16 years. In 2020, they were a Technical Manager (Service Delivery | Product Implementation) at Lotus Analytics, where they oversaw IT department operations and training, communicated with executive teams, and guided organizational technology strategy and roadmaps. From 2018 to 2020, they were the Head of Business Operations at BLISS AEROSPACE COMPONENTS PRIVATE LIMITED, where they identified opportunities to improve business process flows, interviewed and hired talented individuals, and established and administered annual budgets. From 2015 to 2018, they were the Operations Manager at Graphx Sys, where they established positive and effective communication among unit staff, set and enforced internal policies, and advanced productivity KPIs. Finally, from 2004 to 2015, they held the role of Assistant Manager Operations and Team Lead at Infosys BPO, where they trained new employees, assisted in recruiting and hiring, and helped problematic customers and clients.

Renjith Kunjan completed their Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree from the College of Engineering Trivandrum in 2004, after studying from 2001 to 2004. The degree was awarded by Kerala University.
