Jeroen Maes

Jeroen Maes has extensive experience in finance, currently serving as Finance Business Partner for Specialties, Decorations & Beverages at Barry Callebaut Group since September 2012, and has held various leadership roles, including Finance Director and Team Lead for Commercial Analysts in Western-Europe. Key contributions include driving margin improvement, financial planning, and implementing tools for risk management and reporting. Jeroen's early career saw impactful roles as a Graduate Trainee, where significant advancements in sourcing processes and pricing strategies were achieved. Prior to Barry Callebaut Group, Jeroen co-founded GroenLicht.be, focusing on public relations and editorial tasks in the automotive sector. Jeroen holds a Master’s degree in Commercial Engineering from Ghent University, completed in 2011.
