Mark Staniforth

Mark Staniforth is an experienced professional in the food industry, currently serving as the UK & Ireland Managing Director at Lotus Bakeries since May 2012. Previously, Mark held roles such as UK & Ireland Country Manager and UK Retail Sales Controller within the same company. Prior to joining Lotus Bakeries, Mark worked at Fox's Biscuits from July 2001 to May 2012 as a Commercial Controller, overseeing a significant business unit with major retailers including Tesco, Asda, and Morrisons, worth £95 million NSV, while managing a team of five.
