Dunni K-Salami-MBA, GPHR, SHRM-SCP has extensive work experience in the HR field. Dunni currently holds the position of Head HR at LOTUS Bank. Prior to this, they were the Head Learning Strategy at Sterling Bank Plc. Dunni also served as the Head Competency and Curriculum Development, Learning & Development, as well as the Head of Talent and Performance Management at Keystone Bank Limited. Dunni previously worked at Ecobank Transnational Incorporated as a Group Manager for Business Partnering and at Ecobank Nigeria in various HR roles, including Head of Performance Management and HR Business Partner.

Dunni K-Salami-MBA, GPHR, SHRM-SCP completed their BSc in Banking & Finance at Babcock University in Nigeria from 2000 to 2004. Dunni pursued their MBA from Lagos Business School, Pan-Atlantic University, graduating between 2013 and 2017. In addition to their degrees, Dunni has obtained various certifications including GPHR (Global Professional in Human Resources) from HRCI, SHRM-SCP (Senior Certified Professional) from SHRM, and CPHR (Chartered Professional in Human Resources) from CPHR Manitoba. Dunni also holds certifications in BALANCED SCORECARD PROFESSIONAL and UK HSE 123.
