Kafilat Araoye

Kafilat Araoye has a long and diverse work experience in various leadership positions in the banking industry. Kafilat is currently the Managing Director and CEO at LOTUS Bank since 2020. Prior to that, they worked at XYZ OUTSOURCING AND MANAGEMENT CONSULTING LIMITED as a Director from 2015 to 2020. Araoye also held multiple roles at GTBank, including General Manager and Group Head of Human Resources Group from 2011 to 2015, General Manager and Group Head of Settlements Group from 2004 to 2011, Deputy General Manager and Group Head of Settlements Group from 2002 to 2004, and Senior Manager/Assistant General Manager and Head of Human Resources from 1998 to 2002.
