Omar Hesham

Omar Hesham is an experienced IC Layout Design Engineer currently employed at Lotus Microsystems since March 2025. Prior to this role, Omar served as a Standard AMS Layout Design Engineer and a Junior Analog Layout Design Engineer at Si-Vision from May 2022 to February 2025, and as an Analog Layout Trainee at Si-Vision. There, Omar completed an intensive 130-hour training program focusing on key aspects of IC design, including layout techniques and physical verification. Early in the career, Omar interned at Zewail City of Science and Technology, gaining experience in MEMS design and nano/micro-fabrication cleanroom design. Omar holds a Bachelor's degree in Nanotechnology and Nano-electronics Engineering from Zewail City of Science and Technology, complemented by a High School Diploma in the STEM curriculum.
