Zack Ziaja

Zack Ziaja has a diverse background in various industries and roles. Zack began their career as the Operations Manager at Galactic Glow Putt in St. Louis, MO, from March 2007 to August 2009. After that, they worked as a Teacher/Coach at Salem Community High School in Salem, IL, from January 2010 to May 2011, where they designed curriculum and assessments for diverse student needs. Zack then taught and coached at Canton High School in Canton, IL, from June 2011 to May 2013.

In 2014, Zack served as an Instructional Technologist Intern at Dale Carnegie, and then joined the Lou Fusz Automotive Network in 2015 as a Social Media Manager, responsible for managing the company's social media presence. Zack also worked as a Sales Consultant at Lou Fusz Mazda from July 2015 to May 2016.

Zack's role expanded within the Lou Fusz organization as they became the Social Media Manager and Customer Liaison at Lou Fusz Mazda from May 2016 to August 2018. During this time, they played a key role in creating and implementing the company's social media strategy.

Most recently, Zack worked at Lou Fusz Automotive Network as the Social Media Director, starting in January 2018. In this role, they planned, created, edited, and produced various content across different mediums, including videos, podcasts, print, graphic design, and digital media. Zack also shot and produced TV commercials, created internal orientation and training materials, and managed a multimedia database.

Zack Ziaja earned a Master's degree in Instructional Technology and Performance Enhancement from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, which they completed between 2013 and 2016. Prior to their Master's degree, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in English Language and Literature, General from the same university, which they completed from 2008 to 2012. In addition to their degrees, Zack also received a certification in Secondary (6-12) English Education from the Illinois Board of Education in December 2008.
