Judy Kwitnieski is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources, counseling, and organizational development. Currently serving as the Learning and Organizational Development Team Leader for Loudoun County Government since January 2014, Judy has a strong foundation in counseling from a previous role as a Resident Counselor at Associates for Counseling Services. Judy's career highlights include managing employee relations and training at the University of Mary Washington, providing guidance on workplace issues at George Mason University, and serving as a Management Analyst for Fairfax County Government. With a Master's degree in Counseling and Development from George Mason University and a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from James Madison University, Judy brings a diverse skill set that includes program development, training, performance management, and human resources strategy.
