Kirsten Hilsdorf

Kirsten Hilsdorf, SPHR, is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in enterprise resource planning and human resources management. Currently serving as Supervisor of Enterprise Resource Planning - HRMS at Loudoun County Public Schools since March 2018, Kirsten has held various roles including HRMS Specialist and Auditing & Analytics Specialist. Prior experience includes a supervisory position at MedStar National Rehabilitation Network, where Kirsten advanced from HR Business Analyst to Supervisor of HR Shared Services, overseeing recruitment and employment initiatives. Earlier in the career, Kirsten was a Carrier Analyst at Frontier Communications, having been promoted from Special Account Representative. Kirsten holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from SUNY Geneseo, earned between 2009 and 2012.
