Michelle Jones

Michelle Jones is an accomplished Career and College Specialist at Loudoun County Public Schools since April 2020. Previously, Michelle held key positions such as Director of Business Development at Friends of Loudoun Mental Health and Program Director at Loudoun Youth, Inc., where responsibilities included coordinating programs and supporting board activities. As a Consultant and Manager at Close To My Heart from February 2010 to June 2024, and Owner of Scrappy Hour from 2011 to 2016, Michelle developed strong business acumen. Early career experience includes teaching at Fairfax County Public Schools and serving as a Trial Clerk at the US Tax Court. Michelle holds a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from George Mason University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from James Madison University.
