ANDE B.

Ande B. has worked in the marketing and healthcare field since 2011. In 2010, they served as a Volunteer Blood Drive Coordinator for United Blood Services. In 2011, they became the Marketing Director for Mountain Heart Cardiovascular and Sleep Facility. In 2017, they took on the role of Clinical Office Manager for Virginia Heart. In 2018, they were the Director of Marketing and Public Relations for Gastro Health, formerly GANV - Virginia Division. In 2018, they also became the Marketing and Physician Liaison for Gastro Health. From 2019 to 2020, they served as the Project Manager for Puget Sound Gastroenterology. Since 2021, they have been the Director of Marketing for Loudoun Medical Group, P.C. and previously held the role of Healthcare Marketing Management Specialist for AB Marketing Solutions from 2015 to 2018. Additionally, they have held the role of Treasurer - Board of Directors for Townhomes at Boulder Pointe Homeowners Association since 2010.

Ande B. has an extensive educational history. From 1999 to 2004, Ande attended Northern Virginia Community College, focusing on Business. From 2004 to 2009, Ande earned a BS in Public Relations from Northern Arizona University. During this time, Ande also attended Arizona State University for Data Collection from 2009 to 2010. From 2007 to 2008, Ande completed the Flagstaff Leadership Program. Ande then earned an A.A.S in General Studies from Coconino Community College from 2005 to 2008. In 2009, Ande returned to Northern Arizona University to earn a Masters in Public Management - Administration, which was completed in 2014. In 2015, Ande attended the Flinn-Brown Civic Leadership Academy as a Fellow and the Center of Process Excellence for LEAN.
