W. Dustin Watkins, MBA, PMP has a diverse and extensive work experience. W. Dustin began their career in 2003 as the Director of Operations for 5-W Enterprises, where they successfully managed two store locations and achieved a sales revenue of 2.2 million in the first year. From 2005 to 2007, Dustin worked as an Associate Subcontracts Administrator at KBR, Inc., providing subcontract, purchasing, expediting, and logistics services to support the U.S. military forces in the region.

Following that, they joined BearingPoint in 2007 as a Senior Business Analyst, where they developed and implemented strategic contracting solutions for a $128 million project with USAID in Egypt. W. Dustin managed eight subcontractors with different contract types and hired over 50 independent consultants. In 2008, they moved to AECOM as the Lead Contracts Administrator, overseeing a comprehensive suite of construction and construction management contracts valued at 7.3 billion LYD.

In 2013, Dustin joined ICF as the Senior Manager, International Operations, responsible for managing support services for international business teams, maintaining compliance with regulations, and tracking and reporting international activities. W. Dustin later became the Senior International PMO Lead, providing leadership in international project management until 2022.

Most recently, Dustin has taken on the role of Director of Business Operations at LBS since October 2022.

W. Dustin Watkins, MBA, PMP has a strong educational background, beginning with their Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Communication from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, which they earned from 2003 to 2004. W. Dustin then pursued further education and completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on International Business at Florida International University from 2011 to 2012.

In addition to their formal education, W. Dustin Watkins has also obtained several certifications. In 2014, they earned the InsideNGO Certificate in USAID Assistance Management from InsideNGO. W. Dustin further expanded their skillset by obtaining the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in October 2019. Most recently, in February 2022, they completed the Mastering Design Thinking program offered by the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
