Arnaud Garni

Arnaud Garni has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Arnaud began their career as a Freelance Journalist in 1994 before working as an Editor, Producer, and Anchor at KBS. In 2000, they joined Disneyland Paris as a Communications Manager, where they managed press relations, internal communications, and corporate communications. Arnaud later transitioned to the role of Internal Communications Manager and then Corporate Communications Senior Manager. From 2006 to 2007, Arnaud worked at AOL as a Communications Manager, handling press and public relations, crisis communications, and internal communications. In 2007, they moved to Leroy Merlin as a Communications Director, responsible for corporate communication, employer branding, crisis management, and internal communications. Arnaud was later promoted to Communications and Cultural Transformation Director, where they designed and implemented a cultural transformation program. In 2015, Arnaud joined Louis Vuitton as the Internal Communications Director and subsequently held roles as the Internal Communications and HRIS Director, Employee Experience and Engagement Director, and SVP Human Culture & Transformation. In these roles, they focused on strategic HR projects, cultural transformation, employee experience, engagement, and leadership development.

Arnaud Garni completed a Post Graduate diploma in Journalism at IFP - Institut français de presse from 1998 to 1999. Prior to that, from 1995 to 1997, they attended Sciences Po Lille and obtained a degree from the Institute of Political Sciences, focusing on Political sciences, Media, and Sociology. In 1993-1994, Arnaud obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information and Communication from IUP Info Com. Arnaud also earned a Two-year degree in Communications and Advertising from Communication & actions publicitaires in 1992-1994. Additionally, Arnaud is currently pursuing a DU Neurosciences, Méditation et Leadership at EM Strasbourg Business School, with an expected completion year of 2023. Arnaud has also obtained a certification in "Mastering the art of HR Data" from ESCP Business School.
