Ochoa Augusto

Ochoa Augusto is an accomplished professional in the field of cancer research and pediatrics, currently serving as a Member and Subgroup Co-Chair at the Cancer Moonshot Blue Ribbon Panel since May 2016. With extensive leadership experience, Ochoa has been the Director of the Stanley Scott Cancer Center at LSU since March 2006 and Co-Director of the Louisiana Cancer Research Center since January 2006. Additionally, Ochoa has held the position of Professor in the Departments of Pediatrics and Cancer Center at LSU Health Sciences Center since 1997. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Investigator at the National Cancer Institute's Frederick Cancer Research Center from July 1989 to February 1997.
