Heather Lewis

Heather Lewis, PHR, MSL, currently serves as a Program Manager for Community Outreach and Community Partners at the Louisiana Department of Children and Family Services since March 2022. Prior experience includes roles such as Executive Management Officer at Louisiana State Civil Service and Human Resources Consultant at Hollywood Casino Baton Rouge. Heather's career in human resources spans several positions, including HR Business Partner at the Louisiana Department of Veterans Affairs and various roles at Hollywood Casino Baton Rouge, Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development, Lamar Advertising Company, and IRIS Domestic Violence Center. Heather holds a Bachelor of Science in Management with a focus on Human Resource Management from Louisiana State University, a Master of Science in Leadership from Walden University, and degrees in Accounting and Business Administration from Delgado Community College.
