Bernard Sincavage

Bernard Sincavage possesses extensive experience in the civil engineering field, currently serving as the Assistant District Administrator of Operations at the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development since June 2009. Prior roles include Area Engineer in various capacities and Project Engineer at the same department. Sincavage's previous experience includes leadership positions such as Concrete Division Manager at Gilchrist Construction Company, LLC, and Project Manager at James Construction Group, LLC and Johnson Bros. A strong educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Newark College of Engineering/NJIT, along with master's studies in Engineering/Industrial Management from Louisiana Tech University.
