Jason Hooper

Jason Hooper is an experienced Human Resources Employee Relations Specialist currently employed at the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development since April 2018, overseeing ADA, FMLA, Employee Assistance, and Substance Abuse Programs for over 4,500 employees. Concurrently, Jason serves as a minority owner of Beantown Roasters, contributing to coffee production management and quality control since February 2014. Jason's previous roles include a stint as a Recruiter and HR Analyst at the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development, and more than two decades of service in the US Army, where roles included HR Regional Manager and Talent Acquisition, achieving recognition for recruiting excellence. Jason holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Post University.
