Jules Toups

Jules Toups is an experienced surveying professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Surveyor Supervisor at the Louisiana Department Of Transportation and Development since February 2021, Jules has previously held the position of Professional Land Surveyor at T. Baker Smith from July 2018 to February 2021, and operated Jules A. Toups, Jr., LLC as a Professional Land Surveyor from April 2008 to July 2018. Early in the career, Jules worked as a Surveyor at Acadia Land Surveying, LLC from January 1999 to April 2008. Jules holds a degree in Civil Engineering Technology with a focus on Engineering & Land Surveying from Nichols State University.
