Neil Bertinot

Neil Bertinot is an accomplished engineer with extensive experience in road design and construction within the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development, where responsibilities include developing plans for bridge replacements and new road construction as an Engineer 3. Previously, Neil served as an Engineer Intern 2, supporting project engineers in highway and bridge construction, creating change orders, and managing daily work reports. Prior to this, Neil worked as a Hardware Technician for the Louisiana Office of Technology Services, where on-site repair and maintenance of computers and incident management were key responsibilities. Neil holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Louisiana State University, earned from 2014 to 2017.
