Skip Breeden has over 25 years of emergency management experience serving at the local, state, national, and international levels. Skip started their career as a Safety Administrator/Emergency Management Liaison for the City of Baton Rouge/Parish of EBR, where they coordinated safety and health programs and served as the lead for all emergency management matters. Skip then joined the Governor's Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness (GOHSEP), where they served as the EMAP Coordinator.
