Sam Scandaliato is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Management Accountant (CMA) with a diverse range of work experience. Starting in 2004, Sam worked at Intralox as a Multi-Plant Director, overseeing operations in North America and the United Kingdom. In 2010, Sam continued their role as Multi-Plant Director, this time in North America and South America. From 2014 to 2015, Sam served as Vice President of Finance and Operations at Gulf Engineering Company, LLC, managing the Machinery Repair Division and driving the company's strategic vision. In 2016, Sam became the Chief Operating Officer at Prima Health, responsible for the operational direction of a toxicology and pharmacogenetics reference laboratory. In 2018, Sam joined Louisiana Fish Fry Products as the Corporate Controller, handling financial and cost accounting functions, as well as overseeing supply chain operations. Throughout this time, Sam also served as an Adjunct Professor at Tulane University School of Professional Advancement.

Sam also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Engineering from Tulane University.
