Hayley Alexander

Hayley Alexander is a dedicated public health professional with extensive experience in performance management, evaluation, and community engagement. Currently serving as the Business Development and Operations Manager at the Louisiana Public Health Institute, Hayley previously worked as a Performance Manager at the Bureau of Planning and Performance within the Louisiana Department of Health, where responsibilities included developing training curricula and managing performance measures for the State Health Improvement Plan. Prior roles at the Louisiana Public Health Institute involved leading statewide meetings, conducting qualitative data collection, and managing federal grant applications. Hayley holds a Master of Public Health from Tulane University and a Bachelor's degree in Public Health and Political Science from the same institution, with additional experience in research and coaching.
