Laci Talley

Laci Talley has extensive experience in education and training, currently serving as the Elearning Manager at Louisiana State Civil Service since June 2013, where responsibilities have expanded to include roles as Training Program Manager and Training and Development Specialist 3. Prior to this, Laci operated as a freelance Writer/Editor from January 2011 to June 2013 and held the position of Associate Professor at Baton Rouge Community College from August 2000 to December 2011. Laci holds a Master's Degree in English Language and Literature from Southeastern Louisiana University, obtained between 1993 and 1995, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in the same field from the same institution, earned between 1988 and 1993.
