Prior to this, Siddharth worked as a Talent Investor at Entrepreneur First, a Human Resources Business Partner at Instamojo, and as a People and HR Manager at Auquan. Siddharth has experience in community building, member engagement, recruiting, and HR management. Siddharth started their career as a Software Engineer at Infosys after earning their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Jaypee Institute Of Information Technology.
