Krista Rodgers

Krista Rodgers, PhD, is an Associate Professor at LSU Health Shreveport since November 2019, previously serving as an Assistant Professor. Prior experience includes roles as an Instructor/Research Assistant Professor in the Neuronal Injury and Plasticity Program at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus from August 2014 to October 2019, and as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at both the American Heart Association/Bugher Foundation and the University of Colorado Boulder. Academic expertise encompasses research supervision, experimental design, data analysis, manuscript preparation, grant writing, and teaching. Krista Rodgers holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Neuroscience and Behavioral Neuroscience from the University of Colorado Boulder, earned in 2012.
